Every piece includes a pair of alligator clips that screw into the base ( Pre-drilled) to lock adjacent modules together. Because each piece ships as a pair, you'll have extras. Alligator clips are strongly recommended if you have children or pets

The Comma is delivered in individual boxes based on the configuration you ordered. For example, a 2 Seater with Arms arrives as 2 x Armless boxes, 2 x Arm boxes and 1 x Covers box. Each module is packed separately so it is easy to move through hallways, stairwells and tight doorways.

Every Comma order comes with a 30 day trial for residential customers. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will organise the return.
The trial applies to residential orders only and is not available for commercial spaces.

Yes, please hold onto the original module boxes. Each module arrives in its own box and these need to be kept in case a return needs to be arranged within your 30 day trial.
If a return is required, we will organise the collection and handle everything from there. If boxes have been discarded, an additional packaging fee may apply and we will confirm this before proceeding.
