Every Comma order comes with a 30 day trial for residential customers. If you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will organise the return.

Return delivery costs start from $99 and go up to $199 or $299 depending on your configuration, the size of your order and your distance from our Sydney warehouse.

You do not need to find your own courier. We handle the full logistics and confirm the return fee with you before anything is charged.

Yes, please hold onto the original module boxes. Our delivery team removes all the outer packaging on the day, but the individual module boxes need to be kept in case a return needs to be arranged.

If a return is required within your 30 day trial, we will bring replacement packaging to you and handle everything from there. You will not need to source boxes yourself.

Yes. Every module is available to purchase individually at any time. Add modules to expand your configuration or choose a new fabric to change your look.

Yes. Start with a 2-seater and add a corner or ottoman when you move somewhere larger. Each new module connects directly with no modification.

Alligator clips screw into the base of each piece, locking modules together firmly. They hold securely under daily use and release easily when you want to reconfigure.

Yes. Each Bouclé cover is woven from yarn spun from post-consumer PET bottles — 370 per sofa. The recycled content is verified under the Global Recycled Standard and the fabric passes OEKO-TEX Standard 100, confirming no harmful substances carry through from the recycling process.

Yes. Replacement covers for every module and colourway are available individually at any time. If a cover wears, fades, or you want to change the look of your sofa, you can update it without replacing the sofa itself.

The 44cm seat height is on the higher end of the residential sofa range, which makes standing up easier than a low-slung design. If you need specific ergonomic advice, contact us with your requirements and we will give you an honest answer.

64cm seat depth. That is enough to sit cross-legged or recline with legs extended on a chaise. It is intentionally deeper than a standard office-style sofa because the Comma is built for living rooms, not waiting rooms.

Blot immediately. Do not rub. Spot clean or remove the cover and wash. Covers come off in minutes so you can be washing within five minutes of a spill.

Minor pilling can occur in the first few weeks. Use a fabric shaver or lint roller.

Bouclé is the most likely due to its curled texture.

Avoid sustained direct sunlight. Use sheer curtains for strong afternoon sun. Lighter colourways show fading less visibly.

Lifts off with a lint roller on all five fabrics. Woven polyester is more resistant to claw pulls than natural fibres. Replacement covers available individually.
